非連動の距離計が内蔵されているが、次機種のミハマシックスSに準じた外観を持つ機種。フォーカシングは前玉回転である。カメラ博物館・写真はうす（栃木県茂木町）に所蔵。参考文献の『サンケイカメラ』1954年9月号ではミハマライムシックスIIとして紹介されている。

後期型は前蓋の外観が異なる（ミハマカメラのロゴがシボ押しされている）。また、S型前期型まで存在するタスキの「MSK」刻印がなくなる。
